The impact of smartphones and technology on kids is all over the headlines these days. The newly formed Arlington Balance Project is hosting two events this month, to help you navigate parenting in a digital world.
1. Raising Kids in a World of Screens - Community Panel
Thursday, September 24 | 6-8 PM
Join a community conversation about raising kids in today’s digital world. Our own Monica Meyers will be one of the featured speakers, along with Anna Polykoff from McLean High School.
Space is limited and registration will be capped, so sign up early if you’d like to attend.
2. Alternative Device Fair - Smartphone Alternatives for Kids!

Curious about alternatives to giving your child a smartphone? Come see some of the newest devices and options on the market that can help families stay connected while delaying smartphones. It’s a great opportunity to see the choices in person and find out what might work for your family.
