Tuesday, June 2nd - Community Meeting hosted by Audra Sydnor and Marty Smith from the Cluster I Office and Sherry Brathwaite from the Office of Equity and Compliance. The PTA will provide babysitting and pizza for children while the meeting convenes. We need your help in planning the appropriate babysitting coverage. FIELD DAYS!
Tuesday, June 9th, 10:00-11:30: 1st, 2nd and 3rd Grades
Wednesday, June 10th: 10:00-11:30: 4th, 5th and 6th Grades
Kids should wear sneakers; apply sunscreen; bring a water bottle; bring a change of clothes; bring a towel.
T-Shirts: We're having t-shirts made for all the students (except PK and K) and the classroom teachers!
Volunteers needed from 9:30 to 11:30 each day. They should report to the Gym. Here are the assignments with number needed for each:
Water Balloon Toss: 3-4
Water Pacman: 2-3
Shaving Cream Relay: 4-5
Water Relay: 3-4
Four-Way Tug of War: 2
Ice Cream Cart: 2
